What have your grandkids said cute lately?

Okay, I miss my grandchildren so much lately it actually hurts. They aren't that far away, I know, compared to some - but they are 6 hours away, which is too darn far! The last time I saw them was a month ago. I only hope I can retire when they are still young enough to want me around. I think my daughter will still want me around because by then maybe she'll be getting tired and want some help with the kids.

So, I decided to cheer myself up by listening to what your grandchildren (children, nieces, nephews, etc.) have said lately. If you have a cute little something to share, please do so in my comments (because I don't know of a better way) and we can all enjoy them.

Give your grandchildren a hug and a kiss today!

I cant imagine how that must feel. I don't want to even think of the day when Jayden will be gone. I know being 18 hours away is hard on my mom. But she is coming down this weekend to help us move and she is going to spend the whole weekend with Jayden. I am so glad you have a blog. I hate that we have lost touch. I am glad that you are doing so well and Jonathan and I think of you guys often. You and Steve were and are very important to us and I am sorry if we don't show it as much as we should.

I am also a grandma who lives miles away from her grandkids. It is so difficult sometimes but thanks to new technology we are able to "visit" through our apple iChat. I get to see all the cute and maybe not so cute moments a grandma hopes for. Although it is not as good as being there, it's the next best thing. Last night my grand daughter, who is three, said "I will tuck you in tonight gwama 'cuz you look kinda tiwad."
Thank you so much for this website.

I offered my son a grilled cheese and he said "No! I want a boy cheese!" silly dude!
Hope you get to see your grandkids soon. Thank you for your previous post!
